At  Poshak – The Heritage , we take great pride in offering handcrafted, authentic textiles. Since our products are often made-to-order or created by artisans, variations are part of their uniqueness. Still, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  

1. Returns  

We accept returns only under the following conditions:  

  • The product delivered is  damaged, defective, or incorrect .   

     
  • A return request is raised within  7 days of delivery by emailing  care@poshaktheheritage.com with your order details and photographs/videos as proof.   

     
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.   

     

Please note: Slight variations in color, weave, or embroidery are natural to handloom and handcrafted products and will not be considered defects.  

2. Refunds  

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.   

     
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within  7–10 business days to your original payment method.   

     
  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.   

     

3. Exchanges  

At present, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible product and place a new order separately.  

4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items  

  • Customised or made-to-order items.   

     
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items.   

     
  • Accessories like stoles, dupattas, or jewellery (due to hygiene reasons).   

     

5. Shipping for Returns  

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect or defective.   

     
  • In such cases, we will cover the return shipping charges.
