- An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully received.
- For COD orders (where available), customers must ensure accurate contact details for delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India, the UAE, and other international destinations.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. However, delays due to logistics, customs, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order , provided they have not been shipped.
- Customised and pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled.
